Snowmobiling
 The Deer Valley-operated Summit Meadows Adventures snowmobile tours take place on the Garff Ranch (a five-mile, ten-minute drive from Park City's Main Street, located on Brown's Canyon Road off Highway 248). Summit Meadows Adventures has access to 7,000 acres of pristine open lands on which to snowmobile. Forty-seven Deer Valley-owned Ski-Doo snowmobiles make up the tour fleet. For Advanced & Expert skiers at Deer Valley
Head to Lady Morgan via the Express lift and you'll find a lot of advanced slopes. Empire also has a lot of expert terrain as well as two intermediate runs. (don't bring your beginner friends along as there are no green runs off the top of Empire) Daly Chutes are a challenge. If you are looking to do a bit of freestyling head to the TNT (Trick's n Turns) Park which is accessed via the Little Chief Chair
The ski runs at Deer Valley are interesting and are impeccably groomed.There is a lot of tree skiing and the resort runs free guiding for different ability groups. The lift system is fast and they limit the amount of lift passes sold so you won't find queues and snow reliaibilty is good.

Snowshoe Tommy's - Head to the top of Bald Mountain open from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., conditions permitting. Snowshoe Tommy's is good for a quick snack - Deer Valley Turkey Chili, sweets, espresso drinks, hot and cold beverages. Limited indoor and outdoor seating is available.
Cushing's Cabin - Located at the top of Flagstaff Mountain and open daily during the winter from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., conditions permitting. Snacks, homemade Deer Valley jumbo cookies, Deer Valley Turkey Chili and hot and cold beverages are served. Limited indoor and outdoor seating is available.
Snow Park Restaurant - located in Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley's base facility and is open for breakfast from 08:00 and lunch from 11:00 to 14:30
Empire Canyon Grill - with a good sun terrace and breathtaking views of th Daly Bowl and Chutes. Serves continental breakfasts and lunches. |
