Franz Klammer World Cup Run is one of the most testing black runs in Bad Kleinkirchheim (named after the Olympic Gold Medallist Franz Klammer) this black run is one of the most spectacular and challenging in this resort as well as in Austria.
The FIS standard K70 downhill run will take you right the way from the top through to the bottom of the mountain; about 5km long it is beautifully scenic and we would advise you taking your time to take in the magnificent views instead of whizzing down for serious leg burning action.
Many slopes around the St Oswald area offer more fantastic red runs to explore; good for groups of mixed abilities.
The Bad Kleinkirchheimer ski resort has its own beginners area; however this is pretty ow and very close to the village.
There are 2 further sharp and pretty challenging black runs at Bad Kleinkirchheimer that will provide challenges and obstacles for you.
