Skiing in Filzmoos
A small compact resort with slopes ending in the village. The ski area is split in 2 via a road that runs from Eben to Ramsau. On one side is a gondola leading to a red and black run and on the other 7 lifts service the rest of the terrain. A small resort indeed but may give a beginner a good holiday whilst learning with their family.

I had a very good ski holiday with a couple of mates in Filzmoos. Although small it didn’t matter as we were all beginners and found it an excellent place to learn because there are a lot of easy blue runs. Furthermore all of our drinks and food were reasonably priced which made it a great introduction to skiing.

Great ski hire prices Snowbrainer – we will be sure to use you next year. Filzmoos is great for beginners and intermediates which suits our family of 6 down to the ground. There is always good snow here and the nightlife and après ski is fun for all ages…guess may be a little limited for some after the big parties! We often check out Flachau which is on the same lift pass…a great added bonus!
