| About The Resort.. |
Ski FulpmesThe resort of Fulpmes forms part of the Stubai Valley and is joined with the other ski resorts of Mieders and Neustift. The Stubai Valley covers a sizable amount of terrain - this is all covered by the Stubai-Superski lift pass. With for main ski areas covering a total of 130km of pistes, you can be sure to have plenty of opportunity to ski around - this area can also be covered via the Innsbruck Glacier Pass. Fulpmes itself has a limited area of only 20km skiing which is ideally suited to beginners. However, intermediates and the more experienced skiers and snowboarders amongst us should head over to the Stubai Galcier - one of the best in the world with around 55km of ski runs on it and the added benefit of guaranteed snow! |

Ski Runs in Fulpmes
Being by the world renowned Stubai Gletscher there is some fantastic skiing and snowboarding to be carried out in theis great ski resort. The slopes here are broken up by a number of rocky peaks due to the glacial location however, the majority of the time there is naturally good snow so there is no need to worry about icy areas etc. There are a number of very good red and blue runs here; however there aren't the challenges and obstacles that you may get when up on the Hintertux glacier. For intermediates there is plenty of cruising to be had with not too many obstacles, beginners will often find that they will be better off learning lower down, possibly on the beginners slops at Gamsgarten.
